Adebanji ADENIYI est un expert-comptable et un conseiller financier doté d’une expérience professionnelle riche de 25 années, dans des domaines tels que l’audit, le conseil et l’assurance, acquise auprès de diverses entreprises au nombre desquelles Coopers & Lybrand et Arthur Andersen figuant parmis les Big 4, et dans les secteurs de l’industrie manufacturière, le pétrole et le gaz.

Il intègre le domaine bancaire en 2001 et rejoint Guaranty Trust Bank en 2006 où il exerce les fonctions de Directeur Général et Directeur Financier.

Titulaire d’un doctorat en médecine vétérinaire obtenu à l’université d’Ibadan au Nigéria, il a aussi fait ses classes dans divers établissements de renom où il obtient un MBA et différents certificats tant sur le plan local qu’à l’international.

Il est également membre associé de l’institut des experts comptable du Nigéria (ACA & FCA) et membre senior honoraire de l’institut des banquiers agréés (HCIB).

Paul is a seasoned professional with over 23years work experience in diverse functions across the Financial Services Industry. He has cross functional exposure in areas such as Financial, Credit & Relationship Management, Strategy & Advisory, International Trade Finance, Process Improvement, Change Management, Business Development in Consumer, Commercial and Corporate Banking up to Senior Management Levels.

He obtained a B.Sc. degree from the University of Benin and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Lagos Business School, Lagos. Further to this, he is an Associate Chartered Management Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant (ACMA CGMA) with the AICPA/Chartered Institute of Management

Accountants - United Kingdom (CIMA). He is also an Honorary Senior member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.

Finally, he is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School and has attended several professional/executive courses globally.

Mr. Souleymane TRAORE has more than 30 years of experience in banking in sub-Saharan Africa, Middle East and North Africa, Pakistan and Afghanistan.

He handled many responsibilities related to the financial industry, including international trade finance, acquisitions, strategic planning and business development, credit analysis and marketing, customer relationship management, Office representation and management, and general banking administration.

He accompanied the creation of many start-ups, restructured the banks in difficulty and successfully developed the program of financing of international trade of the International Financial Company (SFI) in Lebanon, Pakistan, Jordan in Yemen, Nigeria, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Liberia and Sierra Leone.

Mr. Nonso NZEWI UDEFUNA lives in Abidjan (Ivory Coast)

He has more than 17 years of professional experience including 15 years in the banking sector. He previously held the position of Marketing Director at Guaranty Trust Bank Côte d'Ivoire for 7 years.

He holds a Master's degree in "International Management, Business Administration and Management and Marketing".

He is currently the General Manager of GTBank CI.

Mister ME KOUASSI Yacinthe is General Manager of the Group since May 2011.

From 2010 to 2015 the group searched to revitalize its activities through the opening of new development axes such as:

- Production of Energy,

- Air transport, and

- Shipping.

Mr. Haruna Musa has over twenty-three (23) experience which spans through Retail & Commercial Banking and Public Sector. He joined the Bank in 2001 and rose through the ranks to become an Assistant General Manager and Group Head Public Sector, North East Division in 2006. He left the Bank briefly in 2008 to pursue his Masters Degree in Finance and Management at the Cranfield University, United Kingdom, after which he returned in 2009.

He holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Agriculture from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (1991), a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Bayero University Kano (1998) and a Masters Degree in Finance and Management from Cranfield University, United Kingdom (2009).

He is currently the Head of the North-East Division of the Bank.
