We are pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of
Guaranty Trust Bank Côte d’Ivoire appointed Mr. Nonso NZEWI UDEFUNA as General Manager of GTBank CI.

Mr. Nonso NZEWI replaces Mr. Isiaka AJANI-LAWAL ILORI in this position.
