Funds transfers are processed in GTBank via cash withdrawal service in CFA Francs in any GTBank CI branch.

• Funds must be sent in the client's first and last name.
• Funds are deposited in Dollars.
• The client must have an active domiciliary account in USD. (10 digit NUBAN domiciliary account number).
• In accordance with the CBN mandate, funds are transferred by default to a USD direct debit account for any transaction sent to a Naira account.
• Non-GTBank customers can also withdraw cash at the counter.
• For cash transfers, the customer must present a valid identity card (BVN, international passport, etc.).
• The exact amount of funds is received, the recipient does not have to pay any fees.

Please note that for any transfer over 2,000,000 FCFA, the customer will have to fill out an additional form with the cashiers.
