Funds transfers are processed in GTBank via the options below:

  • USD cash withdrawal service at any GTBank branch
  • Account deposit service to any GTBank domiciliary account

Service requirements and benefits

  • Funds must be sent in the name of the beneficiary client. Names must be entered as shown on your identification
  • Funds are deposited or paid in cash in CFA francs
  • In order to receive the transfer into their GTBank CI account, the client must have a GTBank CI account and provide the name of their bank and their 24 digit direct debit number. Example: CI1630120700000073625401
  • Non-GTBank customers can also withdraw cash at the counter.
  • For cash transfers, the client must present a valid identity card, i.e. the CNI or the identity certificate + ONI receipt for Ivorians and non-Ivorians (international passport, consular card, resident card, etc.).

  • The exact amount of funds is received. There is no charge to the recipient.

Please note that for any transfer over 2,000,000 FCFA, the customer will have to fill out an additional form with the cashiers.
